Karla Čudina
Master of Education, History, Art, and History.
Karla Čudina graduated with a degree in Art History and History from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Split.
She participated in the writing of the publication 'Letters of Vladimir Ardalić to Lujo Marun 1893–1917' (MHAS, 2019) and in the workshop 'Sculpture and Culture' (2020) as part of the project 'Manifestations of Modern Sculpture in Croatia: Sculpture at the Crossroads of Socio-Political Pragmatism, Economic Opportunities, and Aesthetic Contemplation.' She prepared exhibition texts for 'Premieres 74 – Lucia Mrakovčić' (2020) and 'Premieres 79 – Željka Pavelić' (2020) and published a review 'Expanding Interpretations in Dialogue' (Kontura, issue 158/159, 2022) for the exhibition 'From Certain to Possible: Faces, Landscapes, Hypocrisies' (Art Gallery, October 18, 2022 – November 27, 2022).
She volunteered at the HULU Split exhibition stand, as part of the 'Night of Museums' event and at the Association of History Students 'Toma Arhiđakon'.
She also prepared exhibition texts for the project 'GTFO' (2022) in collaboration with HULU Split.
She is the recipient of the Award of the Croatian Society of Art Historians for an excellent master's thesis entitled 'Vojtjeh Delfin – Experimental and Temporary Architecture' (2022).
Her field of scientific interest is 20th-century architecture and urbanism.
