za izlaganje u SALONU GALIĆ U 2020. godini.

About Salon Galić
Salon Galić je započeo s izlagačkom djelatnošću 31. svibnja 1924. godine i danas predstavlja kultno mjesto umjetničkog života u Splitu. Salon je osnovao Ivan Galić (1884.-1961.) u čiju čast i danas galerija nosi ime. Salon Galić je bio jedini umjetnički izložbeni prostor u Splitu u razdoblju između dvaju svjetskih ratova, a u njemu su kroz povijest izlagali mnogi istaknuti umjetnici 20. stoljeća. Nakon smrti Ivana Galića upravljanje Salonom Galić preuzima Hrvatska udruga likovnih umjetnika koja kontinuirano upravlja galerijom već 58 godina. Godine 2014. rješenjem Uprave za zaštitu kulturne baštine Ministarstva kulture RH Salon Galić je kao najstarija splitska galerija proglašen i kulturnim dobrom.
The core of the exhibition program at Salon Galić consists of recent artistic productions by domestic and international artists in the field of contemporary art (video works, painting, prints, performances, installations, photographs, sculptures, objects, etc.). In addition to the exhibition part, the program also includes educational and discursive activities, artistic residencies, and collaborations and networking with domestic and foreign associations and organizations in the field of contemporary art.

-UMJETNIČKE I KUSTOSKE REZIDENCIJE (in case one of the planned activities is at Salon Galić)
The right to participate in the competition is held by:
– Regular members of HULU Split
– all visual artists
– all art historians, curators, and other specialists in the field of fine arts

An incomplete application form received after the deadline will not be considered.
Confirmation of receipt of application
If you do not receive confirmation of your application by email within 2 business days, please contact us at hulunatjecaj@gmail.com
All submitted completed application forms will be reviewed by the Art Council of HULU - Split and proposed to the Management Board for the HULU Program Activities for 2020.
The results of the competition will be published on the website http://hulu-split.hr/ , and proposers included in the program will be personally notified.
